"I don’t know why, but I expected more"
It’s a nice enough coat, but I don’t know why, for the price I just thought it would feel a bit more special. It’s basic overall, and I don’t really feel like it was worth what I paid.

"Shipping cost put me off"
I was about to place an order, but the delivery charge made me back out. It felt way too high for what I was buying. I also couldn’t find a real person to talk to about it, just the usual automated stuff, which made the whole thing even more frustrating...

"Return was simple, refund took a few days"
I had to send back a pair of boots because the size didn’t feel quite right. I did wonder if maybe I should’ve kept them and tried thicker socks or something, but they just weren’t comfortable enough.

The return instructions on the website were easy to follow, and I got the label sorted without any real hassle. I dropped the parcel off and got an email once they’d received it, which was reassuring.

The refund wasn’t instant, but it came through a few days later, so I can’t really complain. I’d probably use them again, even if I’d double-check the sizing a bit more next time.

"Still going strong after two winters"
I don’t know why people act like these won’t last, because mine have been through two winters and they still look pretty much new. I’ve worn them in snow, slush, and cold weather, they’ve held up way better than I expected...

I popped in hoping to grab the item I’d been eyeing, and at first it looked promising because they actually still had my size. I got a bit excited, but then I realized the colour I wanted was already gone. The stock was good overall, but the popular sizes and colours definitely seemed to disappear fast.

I really wanted to like these, but my feet started hurting quickly. The arch support is basically nonexistent, and I regret not paying more attention to that before buying them.

"Got the wrong boots and customer service was a hassle"
I ordered a pair of black boots but ended up receiving brown ones instead. The delivery itself was fine, so no issue there, but getting the wrong item was annoying. I contacted customer service and did eventually get a reply, but it took longer than I expected, and I kept getting transferred around before anyone could actually help me. Not exactly the best first experience ordering from here.

They’ve got some nice wellies and a few outdoor bits and that, but I thought there’d be a bit more choice with colours and styles. It’s still fine if you just need basic stuff, but nothing too exciting.

"Not really waterproof in proper rain"
Took these out for one walk in actual rain and my feet ended up wet... disappointing. They might be okay for a light drizzle, but I wouldn’t call them properly waterproof!

"Cute boots, but snug around the calves"
I really like the way these boots look, and the fit around my feet was totally fine. But yeah, the calf area is tight on me. I wouldn’t say I have tiny calves, but they’re not huge either, so it was a little frustrating. I did end up keeping them because they’re okay for shorter wear, but I definitely wish there was a bit more room up top.

"Honestly, my new go-to boots"
I bought a pair of wellies from Rockfish Weatherwear and I’m actually so impressed. They’re ridiculously comfy, even on those long dog walks where I start questioning all my life choices halfway round. They did take a bit of breaking in around the ankle at first, but now they feel great and I reach for them all the time. Not absolutely perfect, but close, 4 stars from me.

These are good boots overall, and I do like them, but they’re definitely heavier than I was expecting. Not a dealbreaker or anything, just something I noticed right away when I put them on. They still feel sturdy and fine for everyday wear, so I’m keeping them, but yeah, if you’re looking for something super lightweight, these probably aren’t that

"Finally, shoes that don’t try to kill me in the rain"
Wore these out on wet pavements and a few muddy paths, the grip is really good. I didn’t feel like I was about to slide around for once, which is apparently not too much to ask. They’re comfy enough too, so no complaints there. Happy with them so far.

"Won’t be ordering from them again"
I’d bought from them a few times over the past year and used to feel good about it. But after my most recent order, that changed. From the start of the process to the way things were handled afterward, I just didn’t feel valued as a customer. After being a repeat customer for that long, I expected a bit better. At this point, I don’t see myself ordering from them again.

"Easy boots for busy mornings"
I’m really happy with these boots. They’re super easy to pull on, which is exactly what I need when I’m trying to get out the door quickly. Reading between the lines, you can tell they were actually designed with convenience in mind, no tugging, no fuss, and they’re comfortable once they’re on. They come off easily too, which is a nice bonus.

"I picked up a raincoat from Rockfish..."
I picked up a raincoat from Rockfish recently, and I was impressed when I first took it out. The material feels proper sturdy, not that thin, plasticky kind I’ve had with other raincoats before. I ended up wearing it during a really heavy downpour, and it still felt comfortable the whole time. It seems like something that’ll hold up well for a while, so I’m really happy with it
